DoodleWeb is a small, opinionated team making websites, brands, and AI tools for people who actually care about their work. We're hiring four roles right now — each one matters, each one comes with a paid trial, and the person who fills it gets a real say in what we build next.

How we work
Small team. Big ownership.
Care more, ship less
We'd rather make a few things we're proud of than a hundred we're not. The work has to hold up six months later.
Sit next to the people deciding
Small team, short distance. You'll work with the founder directly — not three Slack channels removed from the decision.
Paid trial, real project
Every role starts with a paid trial on a real piece of work. No homework assignments, no unpaid take-homes.
Remote-first, async by default
We've been distributed since day one. We over-write, under-meet, and try hard to give you your evenings back.
Open roles
Four good seats. Yours, maybe?
All remote. Most full-time, a couple open to contract. We read every application within 72 hours — promise.
Proposal Writer & Project Lead
Help us win the right work, then walk it across the finish line. You'll write the proposal, run the kickoff, and stay close until launch day.
Video Editor (Brand & Social)
Take raw footage, a transcript, and a half-formed idea — and come back with something people actually stop scrolling for.
AI Agent Builder for Sales
Build the AI teammates we wish we had — research accounts, draft outreach, keep the CRM tidy, and quietly give the sales team their evenings back.
Sales Closer
We're looking for an experienced salesperson to close deals for our web design projects and software subscriptions.
Don't see your role?
Reach out anyway. Great people open doors we didn't know were there.
We hire when the person and the work line up — not on a fixed calendar. Tell us what you do best, what you're proud of, and how you'd want to fit in. We'll write back.
